This romantic little house can accommodate up to 4 remote workers, travellers, couple or family in search of a bucolic farm stay surrounded by splendid views of the countryside.
The external terraced patio will allow you to enjoy fresh meals with a peaceful nature view or work outdoors listening to the birds singing. The quiet set of chairs set aside invites you to enjoy a glass of excellent wine with the warm colours of the sunset in the background.
Accommodation
The house is bright with sunlight touching all rooms and contains:

– a large living room, with a big table for 6 people
– an external patio with seating for 4 to 6 people and 2 resting chairs
– a fully equipped kitchen
– a comfortable double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room.
The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata. In front of the patio, two sun lounges and an umbrella will offer you a further opportunity to enjoy the view. The over 400 olive trees surrounding our house will give you the opportunity to walk around surrounded only by the colors of nature.
The 6-person table in the lounge allows you to work with a spectacular view. Outside, the wrought iron and travertine table also offers a work space for six people in the shade of the delightful pergola. The table under the large oak tree allows those who do not need to be connected to rest surrounded by the olive trees and close the forest.
Location
The house is in a strategic position immersed only in the sounds of nature, although it is close also to the delightful village of Montefollonico and, a few kilometers away, to Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and Siena.
Montepulciano is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It’s famous for its great food and wine tradition, its historical and cultural importance and breathtaking landscapes. It’s located in the middle of the iconic Tuscan countryside, easy to reach via motorways and railways, it offers the perfect combination for your workation period.

Getting around the area
The historic centre of Montepulciano can be easily visited on foot. If you prefer not to walk uphill, there is a minibus service at the medieval town entrance gate (Porta al Prato) which can take you up to the Piazza Grande (the top of the hill), from where you can easily walk downhill. To explore the surroundings with maximum flexibility, it is suggested to rent a car and park it in one of the large parkings at the edges of the historical centre. Anyway there are convenient bus connections from the central bus station bringing you to Siena, Firenze, Arezzo, Perugia and to all the iconic towns nearby such as Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni. Also, e-bike rental services are a great option to explore more distant wineries while enjoying the panoramic views.
