The rooms that will host you is located about 1 km from the historic center of the famous medieval village of San Gemini, in a small building consisting of four apartments in a quiet residential area. The accommodation is part of a completely renovated apartment to guarantee you comfort and relaxation during your workation.

Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wifi and comfy desks so you can decide to work inside the room or in the shared living area.
Don’t worry about your car, you will have the possibility to park along the street, which is very quiet and reserved.
You can reach the historic centre and the co-working space on foot in about 20 minutes on foot.

San Gemini is located in province of Terni, in the beautiful region of Umbria, between Rome and Florence and is therefore in an ideal point for visiting central Italy. Rome can be reached by car in one hour and fifteen minutes (around 100 km) and by train in fifty minutes. Florence can be reached in an hour and thirty minutes by car.
All the art cities of Umbria are easily reachable in times ranging from 20 minutes to an hour.
San Gemini can be easily reached both from Rome Fiumicino airport and from Rome Ciampino airport, and from the “San Francesco” Regional Airport of Perugia.
