Description
The farmhouse is located in Montepulciano countryside, 3 km from the Montepulciano centre. The facilities feature a fitness centre, a bar, a seasonal pool (June – August) and a large garden, which you can use for your morning training before start working. A friendly team, well equipped apartments and the beautiful location in the middle of the Tuscan hills, will make your workation a pleasant and relaxing one!
Accommodation
The agriturismo consists of five traditional, recently renovated estates situated on top of a hill include a total of 8 different flats spread over the private park, capable of accommodating up to 24 people.
Below is how the different accommodations are divided:
APARTMENT 1: The apartment is located on the ground floor of an independent building. It features a private garden, two bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and one with two extra-large single beds. It also has a private bathroom with shower and washing machine, a kitchen and a living room.
APARTEMNT 2: The apartment is located in the main building on the intermediate storey. It features a kitchenette, living room, private bathroom with shower and a large double room with king-size bed. If needed a third bed can be added.
APARTMENT 3: The apartment is located in the main building on the intermediate storey. It features a kitchenette, living room and a private bathroom with shower. It offers two bedrooms: a double room with king-size bed and a room with extra-large single beds.
APARTMENT 4-5: Two apartments located in the main building on the ground floor. Both features a kitchen, living room, private bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms: a double room with king-size bed and a second one with two extra-large single beds.
APARTMENT 6-7-8: Three apartments, located in the quiet of the woods. They are located in a 2-storey building, about 300m from the main building and the reception. All apartments consist of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Each apartment has its own independent entrance and a common outdoor area.
You could conveniently work from your apartment or in the common outdoor veranda overlooking the Tuscan hills and the town of Montepulciano!

It’s located in the middle of the iconic Tuscan countryside, easy to reach via motorways and railways, it offers the perfect combination for your workation period.

Getting around the area
The farmhouse is located in countryside, 3 km far from Montepulciano town-center.
The historic centre of Montepulciano can be easily visited on foot. If you prefer not to walk uphill, there is a minibus service at the medieval town entrance gate (Porta al Prato) which can take you up to the Piazza Grande (the top of the hill), from where you can easily walk downhill. To explore the surroundings with maximum flexibility, it is suggested to rent a
car and park it in one of the large parkings at the edges of the historical centre.
Anyway there are convenient bus connections from the central bus station bringing you to Siena, Firenze, Arezzo, Perugia and to all the iconic towns nearby such as Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni.
Also, e-bike rental services are a great option to explore more distant wineries while enjoying the panoramic views.
