Trekking along the panoramic paths of Aggius Core, Experiences Tour & Trekking

Aggius

An experience that you really cannot miss is a trekking to discover the mountains and paths that surround the village of Aggius. Together with Paolo, a local guide and profound connoisseur of the area, you will have the opportunity to discover the history and nature of this charming place!

What we offer

The park and the lakes of Santa Degna are a small paradise among woods and rocky peaks in Gallura, starting a few steps far from the town center of Aggius.

The departure will be at the Santa Degna lake, a wild place of enchanting beauty, surrounded by impervious paths, cork oaks and granite hills.

It’s an artificial lake, obtained by damming the Rio La Pitraia, a place where, in the past, women used to wash their clothes.

It will be the “base camp” to tackle the mountain paths that lead to the mountains of granite and in the cork forests. Together with Paolo, the local guide, you will discover this wild park along several panoramic paths, where a breathtaking view and wild nature are the protagonists. You may come across friendly goats along the way, to which you can give some fodder in exchange for a little pampering! ๐Ÿ™‚

During the trekking, Paolo will entertain you with local stories and curiosities, will introduce you to the botanical species of the grove and much more!

The hiking is suitable for anyone, trekking shoes are required, sportswear and a bottle of water too! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
