The apartment is located in a quiet location in the heart of the old town, with a beautiful view over the rooftops and Tuscan landscapes and at a very very short walking distance of historical sights, shops, wineries and restaurants. The apartment offers all the services and comfort to spend a nice workation in Montepulciano, it has also a private parking, so you don’t have to worry about looking for parking in town!
Accommodation
The Sunset apartment is part of a 18th Century-Old Villa and it is spread over two floor, with the night area on the ground floor and the living room with the kitchen on the second floor.
It has been restored respecting the refined country traditional style (wooden beams, terracotta floors, marble fireplace) but with all the modern daylife comforts.
The living room with an antique marble fireplace enjoys extended views over the garden (the largest in town) and the countryside, particularly beautiful at sunset thanks to four panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities including dishwasher and microwave, so you will be able to prepare dishes during your stay and have a nice lunch or dinner in your tuscan apartment.Â
The accommodation includes one doble bedroom with large bed and one room with two single bed, easily convertible into double bed. There are also two bathrooms equipped with shower, one of them is ensuite in a bedroom.
It can accommodate up to 4 people, also, a baby cot is available on request.
On the ground floor you can find also a laundry room you can use free of charge.
If you are a large group of people, the sunset apartment and an adjacent apartment could be joined and they can form a larger unit with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets, able to accommodate up to 7 people.
An area of the garden, furnished with tables, parasols and deck chairs, is reserved for the guests. It is shadowy during the morning and sunny from afternoon till sunset.
Here you have plenty of spots to use as your workstation and thanks to the high speed connection, it will be a pleasure to work from home!

Getting around the area
The historic centre of Montepulciano can be easily visited on foot. If you prefer not to walk uphill, there is a minibus service at the medieval town entrance gate (Porta al Prato) which can take you up to the Piazza Grande (the top of the hill), from where you can easily walk downhill. To explore the surroundings with maximum flexibility, it is suggested to rent a
car and park it in one of the large parkings at the edges of the historical centre.
Anyway there are convenient bus connections from the central bus station bringing you to Siena, Firenze, Arezzo, Perugia and to all the iconic towns nearby such as Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni.
Also, e-bike rental services are a great option to explore more distant wineries while enjoying the panoramic views.
