Get ready to spend your workation in this welcoming apartment; enjoy the unbelievable view out of ground level windows over the Valle Umbra; relax in front of the cosy wooden stove with a nice glass of local wine and plan your working plans for the upcoming days.
At the entry you will find an open equipped kitchen that leads you right in the connected living and dining area. Everything here is furnished with simple but well-finished details.
Following, you will find the double bedroom and the modern equipped bathroom with a wide shower.
The house has a dedicated space to use as a work station, also thanks to the high speed wifi connection, working from home will be really a pleasure!
Location
Nocera Umbra is located in Umbria and is part of the “The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy” circuit for its rich historical and cultural heritage. The village has very ancient origins and is known as the “city of waters” above all for the presence of a great number of mineral springs, in particular the “Angelica spring”.
The historic center is one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Umbria and was completely renovated following the 1997 earthquake. It is a treasure of art and history, including monuments, palaces, ancient gates to the village and places of worship. This was the land where even St. Francis, tired and sick, wanted to take refuge to alleviate his suffering with the healing waters of its springs, the tranquility of the place and the healthy climate, before the last trip to Assisi.
In addition to the historic center, the surroundings also deserve to be discovered slowly, enjoying a suggestive and uncontaminated nature: there are many itineraries for your psycho-physical well-being that you can do on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. Do not miss the multisensory experience of the garden of aromatic colors, a green area also accessible to people with disabilities where you can stimulate all your 5 senses! Nocera Umbra is located on the border between Umbria and Marche, the green heart of Italy; it is well connected and easily accessible by both pubblic and private transports. The closest airport is Perugia (about 40 km away), while the nearest railway station is located in Nocera, 3 km from the historic center.
If you decide to get to Nocera Umbra by car, you can take advantage of your free time to comfortably visit the surroundings and well-known places such as Assisi, Gubbio, Spello and Rasiglia.
