What will you do
Caponata is prepared with a base of different ingredients, of which eggplant is the most traditional. It is served as an appetizer with crusty bread, as a side dish or as a garnish for grilled tuna, for example.

The workshop will be led by a famous local chef, who will guide you through the different steps to create caponata and the different traditional varieties: vegetable caponata, fish caponata, chicken caponata, rabbit caponata and many more!
