The house is located in Olbia, the gateway to northern Sardinia.
It is located in a quiet semi-central area, in a residential and commercial area.
Numerous commercial activities are within walking distance: supermarket, greengrocer, typical products resale, Post Office, Banks, restaurants, bars, clothing stores, newsagents, fuel suppliers, pharmacy, local market (Saturday only).
The nearest beach is about 6 km away. while the sea and the small port of Tilibbas are only 1 km away.
Your space
The house, recently renovated, features comfortable and spacious rooms, all with private bathroom and with the possibility of using the large garden that surrounds the property. The property has a shared kitchen which is now unusable in Covid time. In each room there is a coffee machine and, on request, it can be equipped with a kettle and microwave. In the room there are also mini fridge, air conditioner, Smart TV, hairdryer, air conditioning and towel warmer. The room, 22 square meters, is triple (double bed plus sofa bed). Cleaning and linen change takes place every 7 days.
The district
Sardinia is wonderful in every season. Olbia is located in Northern Sardinia and is an excellent starting point for visiting and getting to know my wonderful island.
Getting around the area
The airport bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. The bus stops for Costa Smeralda, Palau, Porto Rotondo or for the best beaches in the area are located near the house or are easily accessible via the ASPO bus n. 2 which stops 10 meters from the structure. The city park is within easy walking distance, as is the city center.
