The rooftop apartment is located just in the middle of Montepulciano historic center , in one of the main street (Via Opio Nel Corso) and it housed in one of the several historic palace of the town. A free street parking is located 250 mt far from it.
Accomodation
The apartment is at the upper floor, you can reach it with stairs (no elevator), and consists of a big entry with a full equipped kitchen, living area with comfy couch and tables where you can work.
Following you will find the master bedroom with a large double bed and lot of space to settle your clothes and the stuff for your stay. The bathroom is equipped with tub/shower.
One of the peculiar thing of this apartment is the little veranda facing the rooftop of Montepulciano houses.

Getting around the area
The historic centre of Montepulciano can be easily visited on foot. If you prefer not to walk uphill, there is a minibus service at the medieval town entrance gate (Porta al Prato) which can take you up to the Piazza Grande (the top of the hill), from where you can easily walk downhill. To explore the surroundings with maximum flexibility, it is suggested to rent a
car and park it in one of the large parkings at the edges of the historical centre.
Anyway there are convenient bus connections from the central bus station bringing you to Siena, Firenze, Arezzo, Perugia and to all the iconic towns nearby such as Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni.
Also, e-bike rental services are a great option to explore more distant wineries while enjoying the panoramic views.
