Description

Porto San Paolo is located inside a lookout tower from the 1400s, which stood in defense of the fort built on the San Paolo cliff, in the town of Sciacca. The pearl of the restaurant is the eighteenth-century terrace overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view, where you can sit and savor an innovative cuisine and interpreter of traditional recipes.

In this magical setting the senses of sight and smell can be combined with that of taste, to discover the most characteristic and particular flavors of the island.

The menu of the restaurant constantly changes following the seasonality of raw materials, their availability at km0 and the constant search for new taste associations.

Here only fresh catch of the day is served, provided by the boats of Saccensi fishermen.
