In Emilia Romagna the old ladies of the village have a nickname, they are called the “Redzore”. When someone talk about “Rezdora”, the locals immediately remind of the family home, grandmother, fresh hand-rolled pasta and a lot of childhood memories. Get ready to know the culinary secrets of the Rezdore of Ligonchio!
What will you do
Together with the old ladies you will do a cooking workshop to learn how to make fresh pasta and fresh filled pasta, the symbol of this region. Depending on availability and the number of participants, you will be hosted in the ladies’ kitchens and you will discover the secrets of the famous mountain pasta: Emilian tortelli, cappelletti and tagliatelle!
For those with a sweet tooth, pies with homemade shortcrust pastry and fruit jams at km0 will also be prepared.
You will immerse yourself completely in the local community, you will get to know the people who live here and their traditions!
The day will end all together with the tasting of the dishes prepared in the Grannies Houses or in a Mountain hut.
