The panoramic loft is part of a recently renovated house located in the historic center of Novello, in the heart of the medieval village, a few steps from the fascinating Castle. It has a magnificent location, directly overlooking one of the most spectacular landscapes in Langhe with a stunning view of Monviso Mountain. Spend your workation here enjoying an extraordinary view on the Alpine side!
Accommodation
The apartment is cozy and bright, finely furnished with natural materials and vintage furniture and accessories, in full respect of the identity and history of the house. It is located on the ground floor, fully accessible and without architectural barriers inside. At the entrance you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of vineyards landscape of the Langa Unesco Heritage site surrounded by the Alps of Monviso. The house is ideal for two people, who intend spending a relaxing workation in Novello.
The loft is composed by:
– A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven
– A bathroom with courtesy kit, shower, hairdryer
– Living room with relax area
– 1 bedroom with a double bed
On request it is possible to add a cot for children up to 3 years old.
A shared garden is also at your disposal, here you could find also a nice are equipped with table, chairs and bbq to arrange a nice lunch or dinner during your stay.
You can work from the house or take advantage of the coworking space located few meters away from the accommodation, easy reachable on foot.
Free parking is available a few meters from the house.
Location
Novello is a small medieval village in the lower Piedmont that is part of the wine landscape of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, as a Unesco heritage site.
The village has about 1000 inhabitants and as you can imagine the main activity is certainly the wine production, in particular of the prestigious wines such as Barolo, Dolcetto and Barbera.
The town is welcoming, quiet, all well cared for, spending your workation will lead you to a return to life on a human scale.
The village’s fortress is dominated by the Castle, a striking building that emerges between vineyards and woods, surrounded by centuries-old chestnut trees.
During your stay there will certainly be good food and wine, numerous activities to do and breathtaking landscapes!

Getting around the area
Novello is located in southern Piedmont, in the heart of the Langhe, a UNESCO heritage site since 2014. Reaching Novello is quite simple, Turin is about 1 hour by car, Cuneo about 45 minutes away. The nearest railway station is located in Alba about 20 km from Novello. We recommend arriving by car so that you can move around with greater autonomy. A few minutes drive from Novello you can visit all 11 villages that are part of the Langhe and its medieval castles. Nice to know, if you like walking, 5 scenic trekking routes start from Novello among vineyards, woods and small villages!
