A good day starts in the morning. And a great way to start the day can be yoga!
Movement, breathing exercises and meditation help us to loosen up the body, listen to it and put our thoughts in order, so that we can face the working day with vitality, a clear and receptive mind.
What will you do
Breathe in, feel the wind in your hair, Mother Earth under your feet, birds singing… Inhale the beauty, exhale everything that weighs you down! Together with Iga, an expert yoga teacher, you will attend a relaxing yoga session in Pergine. You can choose between 2 fantastic locations: the village’s green park or an olive grove that is a 5-minute walk from the town-centre.
The meeting point will be the chosen location, there you will stretch out your yoga mats and spend an hour doing yoga with Anukalana approach.
The experience is suitable for everyone, the lesson will be arranged according to the experience of the participants, and can be conducted in both English and Italian
