For a more local and relaxed stay, we can arrange delivery of local organic fruits and vegetables to your apartment. Breakfast and lunch can also be arranged.
Accommodation
This double bedroom 50sqm Tuscan dream apartment is located on the first floor of the building and overlooks the pool and the valley.It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, double sofa bed, dining table, bedroom and private bathroom.
The spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers has a perfect desk overlooking the forest, which can be a quiet and productive corner for those looking for a remote working stay with additional inspiration. Ideally designed for a couple, it has a sofa bed in the living room that can easily accommodate 2 additional guests.
The kitchen is complete with everything you need to feel home during your stay, including a coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a towel warmer, hairdryer and a courtesy kit for a stress free arrival.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV and free high speed wi-fi.
Location
Our guest house is close to the Tyrrhenian Sea, so the climate is mild throughout the year and you have the opportunity to admire the beauty of nature and the sea with its changes in colors and smells across the four seasons.
We are located in a strategic area a short distance from the sea (15Km), around a centuries-old forest with 50km of bike-trekking routes and close to a medieval village with its picturesque stoned walls and narrow passages. Our exclusive agreement with a beautiful spa surrounded by nature guarantees an extra dose of well being, self-care, and relaxation.
You will find excellent food and wine circuits and we will suggest the best restaurants and wine cellars that we carefully curate for each of our guests.
Getting around the area
The most comfortable way to move freely in our area is by car: it allows you to travel without time constraints and parking is available practically everywhere. For guests who reach us by public transportation, nearby car rentals are available during your stay and we will be happy to assist you in arranging it.
There are about 50 trekking routes connecting Sassetta to the nearby medieval villages and the sea which can do on foot and by bike. We can suggest the best e-bikes and scooter rentals.

A bus service connects Sassetta to neighboring villages and the stop is located right at the beginning of the villa’s private road. With the handy “Tiemme Mobile 2.0” application downloadable on Google Play, you can see the real-time schedule of all buses.
