The attic is located on the 4th floor with independent entrance in a building directly overlooking the square of the “Tera” (historic center), next to the baroque church and its bell tower. The attic has been recently renovated and it’s equipped with modern forniture.

the Attic is very bright and spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a large living space with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/oven/cooker/coffee machine), dining area and a small loundry room.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds. The attic has 2 modern bathrooms with shower.
You could decide to work in the apartment thanks to its high speed internet connection or in the Smartway co-working space located 50 mt away.
Location
Dolceacqua is a typical medieval village in the Nervia valley, along the Nervia river. The oldest part of the village is dominated by the Doria castle and is called “Terra” (Téra in the local dialect) by the locals.
The modern part, called “Borgo”, stretches out on the opposite side. Dolceacqua is a small village but rich in history, legends, traditions, art and culture. In the main street you could find several bars, shops and “Alimentari” (local mini market) where you could buy local products and food.

Getting around the area
Dolceacqua is located in the hinterland of western Liguria, in the Val Nervia, just a few minutes from the Riviera dei Fiori (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Sanremo). For those who enjoy cycling there is a cycle path that connects to the sea promenade in about 20-25 minutes.
The nearest railway station is Ventimiglia (10 km from Dolceacqua), from where you can reach the village by a convenient bus service run by Riviera Trasporti. The nearest international airport is Nice (50 km away), alternatively Genova airport.
