It’s part of a Big Farm built in 2008, surrounded by a large private garden, a panoramic swimming pool and a lot of equipped spots where you could relax and enjoy of the Umbrian country home during your workation here!

The apartment is located on the first floor and it has an independent entrance. It’s refined with a mix of modern style, decorated with design furnitures and equipped with all daylife comforts.
The apartment measures 70 sqm and includes a living area with couch and TV, the kitchenette and a table that you can use to dine or as your workstation.
The kitchen is equipped with all the needed amenities so you will be able to prepare dishes during your stay and have a nice lunch or dinner in your countryside apartment.
The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds that could be converted in a large one. To finish, it features a large bathroom equipped with shower.
