This lovely house is located in a strategic position in one of the characteristic alleys of the historic center of Nocera Umbra. The house is spread over 2 floors and it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing workation thanks to its large and bright spaces and the comforts for a medium / long stay!

Accommodation
The house has an independent entrance, on the ground floor you will find a bright living room with flat screen TV and a corner dedicated to work with desk and chair.
Also on the ground floor there is a large equipped kitchen, so you will be able to prepare meals independently, a service bathroom and the access to the private outdoor patio equipped with table and chairs and a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape, the right space where you can work or relax!
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, and a bathroom equipped with shower and hairdryer.
The accommodation is equipped with all bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linens, there are also a washing machine and dishwasher so you won’t have to worry about anything during your stay.
You could conveniently work from home or use the Smartway working spaces located a few steps from the accommodation!
Location
Nocera Umbra is located in Umbria and is part of the “The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy” circuit for its rich historical and cultural heritage. The village has very ancient origins and is known as the “city of waters” above all for the presence of a great number of mineral springs, in particular the “Angelica spring”.
The historic center is one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Umbria and was completely renovated following the 1997 earthquake. It is a treasure of art and history, including monuments, palaces, ancient gates to the village and places of worship. This was the land where even St. Francis, tired and sick, wanted to take refuge to alleviate his suffering with the healing waters of its springs, the tranquility of the place and the healthy climate, before the last trip to Assisi.
In addition to the historic center, the surroundings also deserve to be discovered slowly, enjoying a suggestive and uncontaminated nature: there are many itineraries for your psycho-physical well-being that you can do on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. Do not miss the multisensory experience of the garden of aromatic colors, a green area also accessible to people with disabilities where you can stimulate all your 5 senses! It just seems like the ideal place to do a workation.

Nocera Umbra is located on the border between Umbria and Marche, the green heart of Italy; it is well connected and easily accessible by both pubblic and private transports. The closest airport is Perugia (about 40 km away), while the nearest railway station is located in Nocera, 3 km from the historic center.
If you decide to get to Nocera Umbra by car, you can take advantage of your free time to comfortably visit the surroundings and well-known places such as Assisi, Gubbio, Spello and Rasiglia.
