Describe your accommodation
It’s a barn from the end of the 19th century completely refurbished. You can use the shared kitchen (crockery and tablecloths included), zones common also for smartworking (dining room, two adjoining living rooms with large fireplace) bright and furnished in classic way and the large porch of the barn opens onto a shady garden.
A corner of peace between the sky and the lands of the great rivers to meet with friends and with yourself.

Your space
The accommodation consists in:

– bedroom: large room of 22 sqm with a double bed (a third single to add on request), exposed beams, work table framed between two windows that open onto our large garden, pleasantly shaded in the warmer months.

– bathroom: bathroom with tub and two windows overlooking the expanse of cultivated fields and the long tree-lined avenue that characterizes the property.

The district
The Polesine, a territory to be discovered, among Roman remains (a visit to the National Museum of Adria with Etruscan finds and a very rare collection of Roman glass) and of the Serenissima. Perfect for those who want to combine cycle tourism with a few stops in pristine beaches or WWF Oasis (several Blue Flags within a radius of about 40 km).
The barn, located in a large agricultural area with private access, ensures peace and intimacy surrounded by abundant game, protected by a reserve where hunting is prohibited.

Getting around the area
Public bus 1 km away with which to reach the major towns and cities Rovigo. The area, except on the major routes, does not see intense traffic. The exit motorway coming from Bologna is Villamarzana from which we are about 20 minutes away by car, while on the motorway from Venice, the exit is Boara which is about 15 minutes away. On upon request it is possible to organize a service with driver to / from the railway stations or airports.
