The property is renovated but with maintenance of typical Tuscan architecture to provide you with an unforgettable experience of living like a local during your workation. 

Your space 

The complex consists of the large panoramic villa where, after a skilful restoration, three apartments have been created on separate levels and the old barn has been transformed into two cozy terraced houses. 

The apartment consists of an ample ensuite double bedroom, one room with two twin beds and a second stunning double bedroom with panoramic views on the hills. The living area is a generous open space with a table for 12 people, sofas and TV, looked over by an authentic nineteenth century fireplace, ready to warm up the coldest nights. Just outside the apartment, under a massive cypress and overlooking the pool, there’s the reserved area for the apartment’s guests, with a table, chairs, outdoor light, two deckchairs and BBQ. The kitchen it’s fully equipped. 

Far from the chaos of the city, the apartment can be your home away from home, a place to focus on your work surrounded by greenery and peace.

For this purpose, we created a dedicated coworking space inside our medieval chapel, fully equipped with tables, chairs, electric and USB plugs, screen and a projector. If you prefer a more intimate environment, each apartment has its own internet connection and lots of indoor and outdoor space where to set up your mobile office. You can spend your lunch breaks swimming in the pool, going for a walk or just relaxing on a deckchair. The context provides a tranquil environment to work, plunged into nature, and at the same time enjoy the diversions the area has to offer.

Location

We are located just 1.3 km far from Palaia, our rustic pearl, an ancient medieval village on the Tuscan hills, with a historic roman Pieve. You can reach it by car or walking on a typical Tuscan country road. There you can find shops, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy.

Getting around the area

The apartment is reachable with public transport, the closest train station it’s Pontedera – Casciana Terme from where it’s possible to get a bus to arrive at Palaia ( 5 buses p/day – no service on Sunday ) from the train station it’s always easy get a bus or please ask us, we will give you the best option for your need!
