This spacious cottage is a part of a complex of six apartments surrounded by greenery of Tuscan hills. All apartments share a big (7 per 14 meters) swimming pool.

It is an ideal place for families and remote workers who love quiet, natural environments and relaxation.

Your space

The whole independent cottage will be at your disposal. Ensuite double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining room and very spacious garden with an access to the pool. The interior design is classy and traditional, which provides the ultimate experience of living in the Tuscan countryside. Thanks to a strong wifi connection, it is possible to work from every spot in the property. It is a great location for you workation!

Location

The cottage is located in Montefollonico –  a cozy, medieval town located only a few kilometers away from Montepulciano and Pienza, in the province of Siena. Placed by a small street, the location is really quiet and calm, but very close to the center of Montefollonico, where you can easily find bars, restaurants and shops. 

The town is surrounded by walls, which still retain some cylindrical towers and the Cassero tower from the XIII century. 

Getting around the area

The most convenient way to get around other towns is by car. Long walks or bike rides as well as a visit to the ancient town. You can enjoy the natural beauty, clean air and greenery through the numerous outdoor activities.
