Roll up your sleeves and dig into a bowl of fresh pasta dough during this hands-on cooking class in the tuscan countryside!

What we offer

The experience will take place in a charming family-run winery in the countryside of Pergine, about 7 km far from the town.

Together with Francesca, you will learn how to make home made fresh Pasta, such as Tagliatelle and other dishes for a real “Tuscan Family Sunday Lunch” style experience.

During the cooking class you will prepare:

  • Tuscan Focaccia with veggies of the farm
  • Pasta dish with traditional sauce
  • Dessert

The cooking class will be followed by a delightful lunch or dinner overlooking the vineyard and paired with the wines of the Winery.
