Getting around the area

Once you’ve reached the village by car, you could continue the discovery of this place on foot. This medieval city is the hometown of some cultural and historical attractions, like the Sforza Cesarini’s Palazzo del Conte, or the pictoresque Church of Sant’Agostino.

In Santa Fiora, once you’ve had a look around its naroow streets, admiring beautiful scenes in the valley of Fiora, Monte Calvo and Monte Labbro, you have to take a visit to the Peschiera: It was a part of a noble garden then transformed into a little lake in the middle of the town and surrounded by an enchanting English garden. A particular flora grows on this place and reflects on its water, making the park cool and shady, filled with many species of flowers. It’s definitely one of the most suggestive spot!
