The house is located in the historic center of Nocera Umbra, in one of the characteristic cobbled streets very close to the main services that could be useful during your workation here. It features also a lovely private garden that will be at your full disposal during your stay to enjoy peaceful moments after a day of work.
Accommodation
The house is spread on a single floor and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style, which will make you feel right at home.
At the entrance you will find the large living room consisting of a comfortable sofa that can also become a bed on occasion; the kitchen equipped with the dining area and a small service bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom equipped with shower.
Here you could conveniently work in the living area or in the nice private garden during the warm days!
Location
Nocera Umbra is located in Umbria and is part of the “The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy” circuit for its rich historical and cultural heritage. The village has very ancient origins and is known as the “city of waters” above all for the presence of a great number of mineral springs, in particular the “Angelica spring”.
The historic center is one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Umbria and was completely renovated following the 1997 earthquake. It is a treasure of art and history, including monuments, palaces, ancient gates to the village and places of worship. This was the land where even St. Francis, tired and sick, wanted to take refuge to alleviate his suffering with the healing waters of its springs, the tranquility of the place and the healthy climate, before the last trip to Assisi.
In addition to the historic center, the surroundings also deserve to be discovered slowly, enjoying a suggestive and uncontaminated nature: there are many itineraries for your psycho-physical well-being that you can do on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. Do not miss the multisensory experience of the garden of aromatic colors, a green area also accessible to people with disabilities where you can stimulate all your 5 senses! Nocera Umbra is located on the border between Umbria and Marche, the green heart of Italy; it is well connected and easily accessible by both pubblic and private transports. The closest airport is Perugia (about 40 km away), while the nearest railway station is located in Nocera, 3 km from the historic center.
If you decide to get to Nocera Umbra by car, you can take advantage of your free time to comfortably visit the surroundings and well-known places such as Assisi, Gubbio, Spello and Rasiglia.
