The bedroom is part of a B&B located 100 meters from the central Piazza Garibaldi and it is reachable by the typical streets “Carugi”: being a medieval village all the houses of the village are accessible only on foot.
If you need to park, it’s possible to access to the public park that is 200 meters from the apartment.
Piazza Garibaldi offers many services including bars, restaurants and bistros where you can enjoy the flavors of traditional Ligurian cuisine: a simple and at the same time refined cuisine that will make you have a unique experience!

Location
Dolceacqua is a typical medieval village in the Nervia valley, along the Nervia river. The oldest part of the village is dominated by the Doria castle and is called “Terra” (Téra in the local dialect) by the locals.
The modern part, called “Borgo”, stretches out on the opposite side. Dolceacqua is a small village but rich in history, legends, traditions, art and culture. In the main street you could find several bars, shops and “Alimentari” (local mini market) where you could buy local products and food.

Getting around the area
Dolceacqua is located in the hinterland of western Liguria, in the Val Nervia, just a few minutes from the Riviera dei Fiori (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Sanremo). For those who enjoy cycling there is a cycle path that connects to the sea promenade in about 20-25 minutes.
The nearest railway station is Ventimiglia (10 km from Dolceacqua), from where you can reach the village by a convenient bus service run by Riviera Trasporti. The nearest international airport is Nice (50 km away), alternatively Genova airport.
