Domus Ecclesiae is an old historical palace from the 1700s, located in the heart of Nocera Umbra’s historical centre, next to the town’s major attractions and services. The structure is very large and, in addition to the rooms, also includes a panoramic restaurant, several spaces perfect for hosting meetings and plenary sessions, a splendid private park and a car parking. The palace is managed by the religious community of Nocera; it will be a truly evocative and original place to stay with your team!

The palace has 40 rooms of different types and sizes: single rooms, double rooms and triple/quadruple rooms. Each bedroom is very bright and has a private bathroom, a desk where you can work, wifi connection and a wonderful view of the surrounding nature.
Inside the palace there are many spaces where you can relax or do your work, you will also have at your disposal relaxation rooms, a theatre room, a conference room, a panoramic restaurant and a large private park surrounding the palace.

Nocera Umbra is located in Umbria and is part of the “The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy” circuit for its rich historical and cultural heritage. The village has very ancient origins and is known as the “city of waters” above all for the presence of a great number of mineral springs, in particular the “Angelica spring”.
The historic center is one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Umbria and was completely renovated following the 1997 earthquake. It is a treasure of art and history, including monuments, palaces, ancient gates to the village and places of worship. This was the land where even St. Francis, tired and sick, wanted to take refuge to alleviate his suffering with the healing waters of its springs, the tranquility of the place and the healthy climate, before the last trip to Assisi.
In addition to the historic center, the surroundings also deserve to be discovered slowly, enjoying a suggestive and uncontaminated nature: there are many itineraries for your psycho-physical well-being that you can do on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. Nocera Umbra is located on the border between Umbria and Marche, the green heart of Italy; it is well connected and easily accessible by both pubblic and private transports. The closest airport is Perugia (about 40 km away), while the nearest railway station is located in Nocera, 3 km from the historic center.
If you decide to get to Nocera Umbra by car, you can take advantage of your free time to comfortably visit the surroundings and well-known places such as Assisi, Gubbio, Spello and Rasiglia.
