In the center of Aggius, on the main street, the small square opens up where the local community gathers for a chat and a coffee. There, a granite historic residence will be the place of your workation.
The house has been restored by local workers, the residence offers an accurate, essential, refined welcome to everyone. Bright and spacious, the inn’s spaces are designed to accommodate individuals, couples and small work team.
Accomodation
Each room is furnished with originality, has a private bathroom and has a characteristic floor: partly original and partly recovered – reconstructed with the “grits” and ornamental motifs typical of the Gallura accommodations.
Every bathrooms is illuminated through the use of solar tunnels, an innovative technology with a very low environmental impact.
The Daffodil room is the most familiar room, located on the same level as the kitchen – the beating heart of the house – and the common areas, where the fireplace turns on intimate lights when needed. Equipped with an anteroom and a walk-in closet, it is simply furnished with a 1950s dresser and turned bedside tables. It overlooks the square below.
You can choose to work in one of the common space of the residence as the living are, the terrace or the kitchen room.
Location
Aggius is a small village in Gallura in the north of Sardinia. It is a village that offers spectacular views, high-level typical cuisine, a well-kept historic center and several natural parks.
The village is part of the Authentic Villages of Italy and has won the Orange Flag from the Italian Touring Club, which represents a recognition for the tourist-environmental quality.

Getting around the area
Aggius is located in the north of Sardinia. The nearest airport is Olbia “Costa Smeralda” which is only 55 km away. We also recommend renting a car so that you can independently and comfortably travel .
The closest coasts to this charming village are Isola Rossa, La marinedda and Badesi, which can be reached in just 20 minutes by car from Aggius.
