What will you do

This experience will give you the opportunity to learn and experience first-hand the techniques of preparing one of the most important symbols of Sicily in the world: The Cannolo!

Inside one of the Borgo’s most renowned pastry shops, you will put your hands to the dough in the final stage of preparing the ricotta cheese and, thanks to the great experience of the master pastry chef, you will complete the preparation of the Sicilian Cannolo: you will learn the secrets of preparing the delicious ricotta cream; you will fill the cannoli and decorate them with the typical products.

During the workshop, the master pastry chef will tell you the history of this patry and some fun facts about it, there is a lot to know about this renowned Sicilian pastry, and the Pastry chef looks forward to sharing it with you!

The experience will end with tastings of your delicacies and an award ceremony for the best new Sicilian pastry chef!

Co-working Space Piazza San Francesco, then you will reach the Pastry shop on foot. No car needed
