Comfortable studio apartment, in a recently renovated late 19th century mansion, maintaining the atmosphere of the past.
Inserted in a quiet and relaxing geographical context just 7 minutes drive from the sea and immense beaches. Equipped with every comfort and autonomy, kitchenette with 2 burners, sink, refrigerator, electric oven, cutlery and various supplies, double bed, terrace with sea and mountain views with outdoor table and chairs, large bathroom with shower, independent entrance, TV, use of washing machine, bicycles available.

Your space
Our guests will have the opportunity to exclusively use the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and nature. Sunbathing, having breakfast, working in an agile way and tasting an aperitif at sunset with genuine local products, in the name of a stay in the village in total relaxation.

The district
The house is located on the west side and along the course that divides and runs through the historic center of Badolato, a charming medieval village, a small nativity scene overlooking the Gulf of Squillace, with fourteen churches arranged in the shape of a Latin cross and many characteristic alleys, which stands at 240 meters above sea level, on a hill, which is only 7 km from the white beaches of the Ionian Coast and a few minutes from the Serre Regional Park. Our structure, and the place itself with its four naturalistic dimensions a few km (sea / coast, hills, mountains, lakes / rivers and waterfalls). Constant reception / support service, always ready to satisfy every need and need of guests. The right location to work, relax, disconnect from the hectic contemporary life, experience the place where you stay (with slow and Mediterranean rhythms) or to make interesting eco-experiential and historical / cultural excursions in the area to discover authentic Calabria.

Getting around the area
It is possible to use public transport that connects the historic center to the hamlet of Badolato Marina.
