Located in the cozy village of Perledo, 200 m on top of Varenna, this is a bright recently renovated apartment on the 3rd floor, with a lovely large balcony that allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of the lake while working from your laptop or enjoying a glass of wine.

Only 5 minutes by car from Varenna, it has all the basic amenities 80 m away (bar/restaurant, grocery store, post office). Sports fields in the vicinity (tennis, basketball and five-a-side football) as well as numerous paths for trekking lovers including the famous “Sentiero del Viandante”.
Getting around the area
The railway station and the ferry station are located less than 5km from the apartment and can be easily reached by bus or taxi.
