The apartment is located in the quiet countryside of San Gemini, around 3 km far from the town-center. It’s part of a Big Farm built in 2008, surrounded by a large private garden, a panoramic swimming pool and a lot of equipped spots where you could relax and enjoy of the Umbrian country home during your workation here!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and it has an independent entrance. It’s refined in country style, but with the daylife comforts.
The apartment measures 90 sqm and it’s equipped with large spaces, at the entrance you will find the wide living room, equipped with a fireplace, also ideal for autumn and winter times. In the living area there is also a kitchenette, large table that can host a group of friends or your team and a sofa bed that can be used as an additional double bed on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed amenities such as oven, fridge, kettle and coffee machine, so you will be able to prepare dishes during your stay and have a nice lunch or dinner in your country apartment.
The accommodation includes one doble bedroom with large bed and a bathroom equipped with shower.
It’s the ideal place for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Thanks to the good wifi connection, you could conveniently work from home with a terrific view for your video calls! 😉

San Gemini is located in Umbria and is part of the “The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy” circuit for its rich historical and cultural heritage. it is particularly known for its mineral waters and several hot springs, which owe their healing properties to the natural environment of the Martani Mountains from which they originate.
Along the ancient Via Flaminia, on which the village of San Gemini stands, there is the splendid Archaeological Park of Carsulae.
