Accommodation
All the accommodations and rooms have been tastefully renovated by mixing original features typical of historic residences such as terracotta floors and period furniture with modern comforts and small design elements. The rooms are spread over three residences, all within easy walking distance.
‘MONTEFELTRO’ RESIDENCE housed inside of a historical 17th century building. Each room provides a spacious and relaxing space to take in the suspended atmosphere of village life or the silence of the surrounding panorama. It features:
‘CASTELLO’ RESIDENCE the principal building that hosts the reception, the bar of the hotel and the panoramic breakfast room. The seven rooms overlook the wonderful historical centre as well as the rolling hills of Montefeltro and are so divided:
‘LOGGE’ PALACE, located adjacent to the Castello residence and features three bright and spacious and suites, each one composed by two rooms, a double one with queen sized bed, a twin bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower.
If you are looking for apartments for greater independence, the widespread hotel also includes four large flats located in the historic centre. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin with single beds), a bathroom, a large living room perfect as a coliving and coworking space and a fully equipped kitchen.

Getting around the area
San Leo is located in the lower part of Emilia Romagna and it’s easily accessible by car and bus. The nearest motorway exit is about 20 minutes away by car. Very close by are the cities of Rimini (about 30 km) and San Marino (20 km). Bologna airport is about 130 km away.
