The apartment retains the original 17th century oak beams, is spacious and has three stone balconies overlooking the main street in the living area, and towards a quiet courtyard in the sleeping area.
It has been renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, with the use of natural materials, such as oak plank flooring on a wool mattress, combined with the most modern technological systems.
The interior design is characterized by the combination of antique pieces from Valsesia furniture design, modern and functional.
The living room overlooks with its balcony towards west. A comfortable sofa, which if necessary turns into a double bed, the dining area and the reading area complete the environment.
The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, induction plate, dishwasher, resin sink, drawers where you will find the essentials, boiler and Nespresso coffee machine.
The dining table in Valsesian walnut wood, is ideal for breakfast, as the small table on the balcony with panoramic view.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are completely closed by wooden doors and one delimited by curtains, as well as a bathroom complete with shower with hydromassage column accessible from the hallway, and an en-suite bathroom, connected to the second bedroom.
The first bedroom, accessible from the hallway through a wooden door, is a large double bedroom overlooking a quiet and typical internal court of Valsesia. The room has a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress and pillows. An open wardrobe and a Valsesian desk complete the room, together with the chaise longue ideal for your relax, the mirrors and antique Berber decorative pieces.
The second bedroom, accessible from the hallway through a wooden door, is a double room, overlooking the courtyard and panoramic views, and has two comfortable twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.

In the basement there is a garage, not connected with the elevator.

Getting around the area
The apartment is located in a historic building within the pedestrian area of Varallo and has a dedicated garage where you can pick up your car, we will provide you with a pass to have access to the restricted traffic area. The seventeenth-century building is equipped with a man-presence elevator, with which you can easily reach the second floor, where the accommodation is located.
The garage is accessed through the gallery of arches that descends to the basement, is not connected to the elevator. Upon your arrival you will be given the keys to the apartment, the garage and the electric gate.
