The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of San Felice Circeo, in the square called “del Convento” whose access is from the gallery where the cells formerly occupied by the Templar monks in the period in which they lived in San Felice in the thirteenth century are still visible.
It has a terrace on the upper floor overlooking the entire Gulf of Terracina and the roofs of the historic center, among which the dome of the church dedicated to San Felice Martire stands out.
It is an ideal place for those in search of relaxation and regenerating views during their workation.
Accommodation
The apartment is very welcoming with a beautiful view in particular from the large upper terrace. It consists of a dining room with kitchenette, inside which there is a round dining table for 4 people and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bath. The terrace located on the upper floor is accessed by an external spiral staircase, with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Terracina and the roofs of the historic center.
The workstation for remote workers is the same table in the dining room, where two people can work. It is possible to evaluate on request, the insertion of a small desk compatibly with the spaces of the house.
Location
The apartment is located a few meters from the central square San Felice Circeo, Piazza Vittorio Veneto, and a few meters from the terminus of the local public service that connects the historic center to the rest of the town, and to the neighboring towns between which the nearest railway station of Priverno Fossanova.
San Felice Circeo is a small village with century-old origins set within the Circeo National Park and stands on a natural platform about 100 meters above sea level.
It is one of the classic seaside villages with breathtaking views and the Mediterranean scent that you breathe in its alleys full of white houses. The town of San Felice Circeo has an ancient history that begins with Neanderthals. Over the centuries the Circeo was then a Roman colony, a possession of the Templars during the Middle Ages, and, finally, a papal stronghold. Among the streets of San Felice Circeo there is also mystery, myth and legend in fact one of these tells that right here, Ulysses (Odyssey) was seduced by the sorceress Circe.
San Felice Circeo is an interesting destination to spend your workation at all times of the year. There are in fact archeology, many possibilities for hikers and all the beauty of the National Park to which it belongs: coastal lakes, coastal dunes, lowland forest and the wonders of the promontory.
Explore the medieval alleys, sip a glass of Circeo wine at the Central Bar and enjoy the view from the Belvedere and from the Parco di Vigna la Corte.

Getting around the area
San Felice Circeo is located about 100 km from Naples and Rome and is very easy to reach by car. From Rome you go along the Pontina road which in the absence of traffic takes just over an hour. From Naples you take the panoramic road that goes to Formia, Gaeta and Sperlonga, which can be very slow and busy in the high season. Alternatively, there is the motorway (the closest exit is Frosinone). San Felice Circeo can also be reached by train (Rome-Naples line, Priverno-Fossanova station). Trains run on an hourly basis. The Priverno-Fossanova station is well connected to San Felice Circeo with the buses of the CO.TRA.L company
