This accommodation is a recently refurbished attic apartment of 90 m², and characterised by its well-lit atmosphere, its vast space and elegance. You can dine or lunch on the large terrace looking out onto the Doria Castle, enjoying the unique atmosphere.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each one with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, with the ability to fit a maximum of 7 people.
The kitchen is fully furnished and comes with a gas oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a dish washer, and crockery. There are two bathrooms, each one with shower and a washing machine.
Here remote workers will have a lot of space to work from home and hight speed wifi connection.
It’ s housed on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a historical palace in the centre of Dolceacqua. Private, closed and free parking is possible.
Location
Dolceacqua is a typical medieval village in the Nervia valley, along the Nervia river. The oldest part of the village is dominated by the Doria castle and is called “Terra” (Téra in the local dialect) by the locals.
The modern part, called “Borgo”, stretches out on the opposite side. Dolceacqua is a small village but rich in history, legends, traditions, art and culture. In the main street you could find several bars, shops and “Alimentari” (local mini market) where you could buy local products and food.

Getting around the area
Dolceacqua is situated in the hinterland of western Liguria, in the Val Nervia, just a few minutes from the Riviera dei Fiori (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Sanremo). For those who enjoy cycling there is a cycle path that connects to the sea promenade in about 20-25 minutes.
The nearest railway station is Ventimiglia (10 km from Dolceacqua), from where you can reach the village by a convenient bus service run by Riviera Trasporti. The nearest international airport is Nice (50 km away), alternatively Genova airport.
