The apartment is housed in a typical “Masseria”, a historic rustic home in the heart of the Itria Valley, about 6 km far from Ostuni and 15 km far from our Smartway town Carovigno. Staying in one of the farmhouse apartments is like taking a step back in time in the life of the inhabitants of the valley. The Farm has 4 apartments and represents the perfect accommodation for your Teams’ workation if you are looking for some privacy and relaxation away from the buzz of the city!
Accommodation
The apartment is a four-room apartment on the ground floor, comfortable and bright. The kitchen is complete with all the accessories, dishes and appliances: kettle and refrigerator; in this way you could prepare meals independently during your stay and enjoy them in the shade of the farm’s old trees.
The bright and large living room has a big table that you could conveniently use as workstation.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single.
The apartment features 2 bathrooms: a service bathroom and the main one equipped with bath.Â
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Nice to know: You will have a private parking area and a large shared garden equipped with hammocks for relaxing moments after a day of work.

Location
Carovigno is located in Puglia and it’ s a town with a strong historical, gastronomic and tourist vocation. The Dentice di Frasso Castle, at the highest point of the town, overlooks the town with all its majesty. The historic center develops around the castle with its lime-painted houses, the stone arches famous throughout Puglia such as the Arco del Prete or the Porta Nuova, the towers, the many churches, such as the Chiesa del Carmine and the Chapel of Sant`Anna, and the main square.
Getting around the area
The strategic position of Carovigno, just 6 km from the sea and 20 minutes driving from Brindisi Airport, allows you to comfortably visit the many beauties of Puglia, from Torre Guaceto to Ostuni, from Salento to the Itria Valley, passing through the inevitable scenery of the Trulli of Alberobello.
If you are arriving by train, the nearby stations are Carovigno (4km) or Ostuni (7km). We suggest to rent a car to visit the surroundings and enjoying the several surrounding beauties.
