This little Art Design B&B is located in the upper part of the village, between stone houses and narrow streets of the small mountain village. The B&B features 2 bedrooms and a common areas where you could enjoy a good and well-made breakfast, relax and work!
Accommodation
This lovely B&B used to be the family home. It has been tastefully renovated and can now accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of two rooms, each with a different and unique style, each with its own history.
You can choose between:
Manara Room (20 sqm): A room with eclectic colours, the room that dierectly overlooks the Val D’Ozola. This room has been entirely hand-decorated with precious multi-coloured friezes and has a double bed that can be divided into 2 single beds, a private bathroom with shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a TV.
Rotiglio Room (20 sqm): This room used to be the master bedroom. A room with sober colours, but still furnished with taste and style. The room features a double bed, a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in wardrobe and TV.
In the common area you will find a little kitchenette equipped with microwave ove, fridge, coffee machine and kettle; a relax area with tables and chairs.
In front of the B&B there is a comfy free parking, while all the services you may need during your workation are easily reachable on foot.

Ligonchio is located in the heart of the National Park of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, an unspoilt place, recognised by Unesco as a ‘Biosphere Reserve’. The small village of Ligonchio is characterised by the imposing hydroelectric power station at the foot of the village. The gastronomy is linked to the mountain farming tradition, made up of simple and natural local products. For nature and trekking lovers, you will find many paths and itineraries to discover this magnificent territory during your free time. Nice to know: One of Chris Bangle’s Big Benches is located right in Ligonchio!

Getting around the area
Given its location in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, we recommend reaching Ligonchio by car for ease and autonomy during your stay. Reggio Emilia and Modena are about 70 km away, Bologna about 2 hours by car.
Once you arrive in Ligonchio, you can explore the area through the numerous trekking routes that cross the valley.
