The apartment retains the original 17th century oak beams, is spacious and has three stone balconies overlooking the main street in the living area, and towards a quiet courtyard in the sleeping area.
It has been renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, with the use of natural materials, such as oak plank flooring on a wool mattress, combined with the most modern technological systems.
The interior design is characterized by the combination of antique pieces from Valsesia furniture design, modern and functional.
The apartment has an entrance hall where two industrial doors in iron and glass hide the bathrooms.
The living room with its balcony overlooks the historic square with a view towards the Sacromonte of Varallo, a place of faith, art and culture.
A comfortable sofa, which, if necessary, turns into a double bed, the dining area and the reading area complete the environment.
Through two original arched openings you enter the modern kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, induction plate, dishwasher, resin sink, and wall unit where you will find the essentials and a practical kettle.
The oak counter top is ideal for breakfast or quick snacks, as is the small table on the outdoor balcony with panoramic views.
From the hallway two wooden doors will lead you to the rooms.
The first room is a large double bedroom overlooking a quiet and typical inner court of Valsesia, with a stone balcony. The room is dominated by the presence of an ancient eighteenth-century Valsesian chest and has a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress and down pillows. An open wardrobe and a Valsesian chair complete the room, together with the crystal bedside table and the original bedside table made out of an old suitcase.
The second room is a double room, overlooking the inner courtyard, two comfortable twin beds with memory foam mattress and a desk for your laptop.
The first bathroom, in addition to the large resin sink with oak drawers and the toilet, has a large shower, cm. 80×160, and window. The second bathroom, in addition to the resin sink equipped with oak chest of drawers, is instead equipped with modern design resin tub and large window screened.
In the basement there is a garage, equipped to accommodate skis and boots, as well as a car shelter, not connected to the elevator.

Getting around the area
The apartment is located in a historic building within the pedestrian area of Varallo and has a dedicated garage where you can pick up your car, we will provide you with a pass to have access to the restricted traffic area. The seventeenth-century building is equipped with a man-presence elevator, with which you can easily reach the second floor, where the accommodation is located.
The garage is accessed through the gallery of arches that descends to the basement, is not connected to the elevator. Upon your arrival you will be given the keys to the apartment, the garage and the electric gate.
