The villa has four double ensuite bedrooms, one nice room with bathroom in the cottage, a living room with fireplace and a huge fully equipped kitchen. Our villa is perfect for groups of remote workers who want to team up and have some relaxing times in the natural environment of Montefollonico.Â
On the ground floor there is:
– living-dining area with open fireplace, satellite TV and stereo system (home theatre)
– kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher

– Two double ensuite bedrooms, one located in the annex opposite to the entrance

This villa is a brilliant example of Tuscan rural 18th century style, well proportioned, carefully renovated with no alteration of the original architecture. The stones have a warm ochre colour typical of the Valdorcia area. The gardens around the villa have extensive plantings that will mature nicely from spring to autumn.
The Villa offers spaces where the whole family can gather for lunch or dinner together but also allows you to maintain privacy and spaces for moments of intimacy.
The workers, thanks to a wifi connection, will be able to work at large tables in the living room or outside in the garden and last but not the least by the pool (available from May to September).
Location
Montefollonico is a cozy, medieval town located only a few kilometers away from Montepulciano and Pienza, in the province of Siena.
The town is surrounded by medieval walls, which still retain some cylindrical towers and the Cassero tower, built in 1277. The three gates (Porta a Follonica, Porta del Triano and Porta del Pianello) are also preserved, which still give access to the historic center.
Getting around the area
Located in Montefollonico, the villa is within walking distance from local restaurants, bars, as well as the shops. Long walks or bike rides as well as a visit to the ancient town.
The most convenient way to get around towns is by car.
