It is a residential structure in Badolato Marina, a small condominium that has all the apartments in the same building, with the main access leading to the various units. It is surrounded by a courtyard and shared space consisting of a surrounding land / garden equipped with a barbecue area and gazebo with tables for dining al fresco and an entrance square (where, for example, you can leave your bicycle, strollers, etc.).
The apartments are all independent and the structure is only 250 meters from the sea.

The apartment is a two-room apartment and consists of: a double bedroom, an entrance / kitchen / living room which, if necessary, can be used as a second bedroom having a sofa bed, a bathroom with tub / shower.
