The 50 sqm Apartment is located in a beautiful Seaside Resort composed by few apartments immersed in 3 hectares of greenery, with large spaces and overlooking the Alimini Lakes.

Your space

Newly renovated apartment of about 50 square meters, equipped with mosquito nets and composed of a large living room with equipped kitchenette, table, chairs and sofa (which can become a comfortable sofa bed), a double bedroom, bathroom and large private veranda shaded by a straw and equipped with outdoor table, chairs, deck chairs and overlooking the large garden and the surrounding countryside.

The district

The Alimini lakes or Limini lakes are two Apulian lakes located north of the city of Otranto, in the province of Lecce. The two lakes are connected by a canal, called Lu Strittu.

Getting around the area

The closest beach is located in Frassanito and is about 1km and 300 meters away, where the Alimini seaside area begins and where free beaches and equipped beaches alternate for more than 2 km. We provide our guests with free use of bicycles to reach the sea and for excursions in the pine forest and surrounding countryside.
